Rote hue insaan ko ab kaise hasaya jaaye,
Phir se koi ek naya joke sunaaya jaaye.

Kar liye hain qaid maine khushi ke chaar pal,
Aao in palon se sab ka dukh dard mitaaya jaaye.

Agar khush rehna to apna dil paksaaf rakkho,
Phir ismein pyar ki murat ko basaaya jaaye.

Khushi wo cheez nahin jo dhoodhe se mil jaaye,
Isko to achche karmo se Haasil kar liya jaaye.
