aaj mare dil may ye kaisi dastak hui,
                             may samgh nahi paya,
 

kon samaa raha hai mun may mare,
                             may samagh nahi paya,


bina seeche hi khil gaya ye phool,
                              may samagh nahi paya,


kabhi ki hi nahi thi koi dua fir bhi kabool hui,
                                           may samgh nahi paya


aaj tanhai may kiski awaaz mare kaano ne suni,
                                        may samgh nahi paya,


kiya hai ye mohhobat sajja ya waffa,
                                 may samgh nahi paya,


waade kiye humse wida hui kisi or ki doli,
                                 may samgh nahi paya,


yaade hai uski sath par sath nahi mera saaya,
                                        may samgh nahi paya


saato janam nibhane ko kehti thi,aaj akhri woqt sath nahi,
                                         may samgh nahi paya


basi basayi duniya ujjadi [jeet]ki,jo isi duniya ka hissa thi,  
                                             may samgh nahi paya,
