saaye jalne lage haiN raahoN me
dhoop aayee hai kin panaahoN me

roshanee ne bhee saath chhor diyaa
bhar rahe haiN andhere baahoN me

khushq hothoN pe jaam hai phir bhee
tishnagee hai meri nigaahoN me

khushnaseebee ya badnaseebee kahen
hum bhee shaamil haiNunkee aahoN me

mujhse raNjish wo kyaa nibhaayeNge
naam unkaa hai khair khwaahoN me
