raNg-e-aariz meiN mile zulf-e-pareeshaaN meiN mile
koyee paighaam-e-bahaaraaN hi ik khizaaN meiN mile

(raNg-e-aariz = colour of cheeks, zulf-e-pareeshaaN = scattered hair)


lutf ye wo jo faqat mausam-e-hijraaN meiN mile
wasl se zyaada khushi wasl ke imkaaN meiN mile

(imkaaN = possibility)


ye kh’moshee ki salaakheiN bhi kabhi tooteNgee
jab mile ankahi baatoN ke hi zindaaN meiN mile

(zindaaN =prison)


teri jaanib se humeiN koyee ishaara mil jaaye
deeda-e-tar meiN mile ya lab-e-khandaaN meiN mile

(deeda-e-tar=wet eyes, lab-e-khandaaN = happy lips)


ek saaghar meiN hoN baadaaeiN mileeN do jaise
husn-e-jaanaaN ka tasavvur gham-e-jaanaaN meiN mile

(saaghar = cup, baadaaeiN = liquors)


hum-safar thei unheiN hum-dard samajh mat naadaaN
kaarvaaN meiN jo mile kab gham-e-dauraaN meiN mile

(gham-e-dauraaN = period of sorrow)


hum ne  to sair gulistaaN ki hai chhorhee kab se
mujh se milna ho jise aa ke bayaabaaN meiN mile


mere chehre se mera haal samajhne waaloN
kab hai khwaaboN ka pataa abroo-o-mizhgaaN meiN mile

(abroo = eyebrows, mizhgaaN = eyelashes)


barf se ho chuke hum-saayaa makeeN aur maalik
dhoop se teri haNsee sard is makaaN meiN mile

(hum-ssayaa = neighbour, makeeN = tenant)


zindagi naap ke aur tol ke ab kharch karooN
fikr jaaN ki meri aankhoN meiN meri jaaN ke mile


phir se jeene ki hai hasrat se uthee kyooN “zarraa”
us ke kya naqsh-e-qadam gor-e-gareebaaN meiN mile

(naqsh-e-qadam = footprints, gor-e-gareebaaN = grave of the poor)

Bahut achhi ghazal hai,zarra sahib. Khuas taur se 2nd aur 4th sher
mujhe bahut achhe lage . Meri taraf se bahut bahut mubarakbaad aur
daad is khubsurat ghazal ke liye.HASAN
