 jaane kaise kaha ghumta hoga wo
sayad meri mehek aaj bhi dhundhta hoga wo
main to insaan hu dar badar firta hua
aaj bhi mere darwaje pe baithta hoga wo


poonch hilata , uchal kood machata
door jau to ek tak niharta
ek apna sa ehsas de jata tha mujhe
dabdabayi si aankhein, jubaa se chat ta
sayad na jao kehna chahta tha mujhe

jaalim hai duniya ke log , dutkarte honge use
Mil jaaye do waqt ki roti dua karta hu use
wo bol bhi to nahi pata mangega kaise,
bhookh jab lag jati hogi use

Intezaar karna yaar mere lene jarur aaunga tujhe
kitne hai kareeb tu mere ye batlaunga tujhe
Maloom hai jag bhool jaata hai ek din
bhaorsa hai marte dum tak tu yaad rakhega mujhe
