Mai bechain tha jab tum nahi aaye the
ab aa gaye ho to pareshan kyo hoo?
jin hotho se pyar ke geet nikalte the
ab vahi hoth bejubaan kyo hai?

hamne to rasme-vafa pyar ki nibhai hai
phir bhi aap na jane beimaan kyo hai?
meri muhabbat par fakra aapko bhi hai
jehan me uth raha yahi sawaal kyo hai?

pyar ke bol do sunne ko tadapte hai
hami ko dena isq me imtihaan kyo hai?
sab kuch jan ke anjaan bane rahte hai
ya khuda itne vo masoom kyo hai?
