Adhron mein dabee hansi khul kyon nahi pati hai
hirday mein chipee bat chhipna hi chahti hai
prem ki paribhasha nain dono samajhtey hain
prem ras phir bhi kyon nahi chhalak patey hain
galo ki lalima kuchh kehna chahti hai
unko samney dekh sharma key simat jati hai
unki chhavi ko man mein basaey baithey hain
yeh bat unsey keh kyon nahi patey hain
preet key rang charon aur dikhayee detey hain
un rango ko hum kyon nahi apna patey hain
apnee vivashta pey swayam hairan hotey hain
seemaey sab langhney ko phir utsuk kyon rehtey hain
