Uthae hain qalam likhne teri tareef me,
teri maujoodgi mano jaise chandni hai chai
hui saqt ghane andhero me

Muskurahat ka teri kya kehna,jaise bahaar
hai aapadi mausam e patjhad me

Hai koshish ke batorlu har khoobsurati ko
bas ek jumle me,ek tera naam kafi hai mujhe
insab ka haq ada kardene me

Yu chup chup kar aanhe na bhara kar ke badi
qeemat hai tere in ashqho ki,ek qatra ansu kafi
hai tera phattaro se chashmo ke phoot padne me

Tum ek mujasma ho khuda ki khudrato me zeenat
ka ye zulfo se chehre ka kya chupana,ek yahi ada
kafi hai teri mujhe madhoosh karke gira dene me
