Yeh na socha tha ki phir tanha hongey hum,
par tere aaney key baad phir tanha ho gaya..........

Pyar ka jo humney gharonda sajaya tha,
sajatey hi lagta hai, jaisey bikhar gaya..
do lafj teri jubaa sey pyaar key,
suney hue lagta hai, jamana guzar gaya..

Puchha phool sey kyon murjha gaye ho tum,
bola dekho pyaar ka mausam badal gaya..
jisey dekh kar khilti thi aankhon ki kaliyan,
roz dhoondhti hai usey, ki kidhar gaya.....

Meri tanhayion se ab kya koi mujhe bachayega....
Mere halaat ko dekhega, aur vo bhi muskurayega...
Jab bhi ye dil hoga udaas hothon par naam sirf usi ka ayega..
jab kabhi hum lenge tanhaiyon mein is jigar ko thaam..
Royengi ye ankhen aur ye dil muskurayega..

kab tak humme un chupaoge
gar na dikhaoge to marham kahan se laaoge
kaya baatye ab unhe hum
zamane mai marham ke jagah kanjar milta hai
Na chupaye tumhe to aur gehre hote jaoge......

humney bhi zakhm sahey hai dil par,
humney bhi lakh inhey chupaya...
jab bhi chupaya inhey apni hansi sey,
ankh ko humney apni num paya...
