Kanta jee,
Muqarrar ka matlab "Ek baar phir" Ya "Dobara kahiye" ya "duhraaiye". Aksar shayirana mahfilon men pasand kiye jaane waale ashaar par kaha jata hai, taakeh, shayir wohi lines duhraaye.
Aor bhi savaal hon to banda haazir hai.
