Ghazal:
Ik sitara mere dunya se he takraya hua
Hoo ka aalam he her ik simt yahaan chaaya hua

Ik qayamat na tali thi abhi sir se apne
ik qayamat ka nae sir pe mere sayaa hua

aashna dard se apne main hua hoon aisa
zehr sab chakha hua, zakhm her ik khaya hua!

sach se ulfat he mujhe sach he kaha kerta hoon
mustarad ker ke tu dekho mera farmaya hua!
