Kayi baar teri rahon se guzre the hum tere deedar ki hasrat liye,
Teri ek jhalak ki talab, ek najar ki takrar ki hasrat liye.

Ye kafir jamana kahi dekh na le tumhe is baat se drte rhe,
Kahi benakab na ho jae mohabbat hamari jamane se parda krte rhe,
Baithe rhe bs teri ek aadab ki hasrat liye.

Ye parda bhi rushk deta hai in haseeno ko,
Ke kaisi khubsurti tum chupaye baithi ho,
Bina lab khole kaise itna kuch kehti ho.

Barish ka intazaar krte rhe hum,
Par teri ek jhalak chahiye badlon ki barkat ke liye.

Shayad ye deewangi hai ke is kadar khoe hai,
Kitni hi raatein jage, din bhar soe hai.

Pyar talashte rhe hum teri muskaan me,
Dekhte rhe asmaan ko,
Har mausam ke badalne ki khaish or bahar ki hasrat liye.
