voh meri rooh ka libaas hai

bahut haseen ehsaas hai

bina usko dekhe bujhti hi nahin

voh meri adhoori pyaas hai.



pyar to karte hain sab lekin

mohabaat karne wale khaas hai



sakoon to talashte hain sab lekin

bechaini chahne wale kuch khaas hai.



apne liye jeete hain sab lekin

mehboob pe marne wale khaas hai.



khushi ke muntazir[wait] hai sab lekin

gumon ko talbgar kuch khaas hai.



RAB be chahe to usko juda mujh se kar nahin sakta

haan vo 'janu' ki rooh ka libaas hai.
