Yu achanak merre daaman mein khushiya bharne wale ajnabi,
tu merri dhadkan banta jaa raha hai,

merri shanath kahiin kho gyi thi iss jahan mein,
tu mujhe khud se rubaru karta jaa raha hai,

apni masum nigaho se aur apni natkhat baato se,
tu merri ruh mein tadap bharta jaa raha hai,

kis jahan ka musafir hai tu mujhe ye tou bata jaa..
jo mujhe bina jaane apni zindgi mein shaamil karta jaa raha hai......

Vo waisa hai jaise ek phool ki kali hoti hai,
uske aane se merra rom rom khil jata hai,
kabhi agar lagta hai vo mujhse door hai..
tou palke band karti hu aur vo nigaho mein mil jata hai......
