Paheli bar aaj jab nam likha tera,
na jane kyu dhadak gaya zorose dil mera,
likhe hue tere namko jab maine chhua,
ek reshamsa ahesas muje hua..

nam tera jab bhi nazarke samne aaye,
hothope muskan, manme surursa chha jaye,
ye kaisi kashish tere nam sang jud rahi he?
mano sanse bankar zindagise jud rahi he.. paheli bar aaj...

puchhe gar koi kya he is namme?
jyada kuchh nahi bas sanse-dhadkane,zindagi he is namme,
jine lage pyarisi  zindagi tere namse,
jaise tair jaye pattharbhi ram ke namse.......paheli bar aaj....
