Meri aankho mei nind aane ka sabab kuchh aisa hota,
Wo hote to nind bhi achhi hoti wo hote to har khwab bhi sath hota,

Har rat besukuniyat se gujri hai meri andhre mei roya hu unki khatir,
Wo hote to khusyai bhi hoti wo hote to paas sukun bhi hota,

Milkar bhi unse bichhda hu pa kar bhi sabkuchh khoya hu,
Wo hote to na hoti khwahis pane ki wo hote to sabkuchh mere paas hota...
