 shaam dhalne se dar lagta hai…

Phir shaam dhalne se dar lagta hai
phir nayi yaad panapne se dar lagta hai

saansein mehekti hai teri kushboo se
ab toh saans lene se bhi dar lagta hai

tanhai me andheri raat ke kaale saaye
andheron ka khauf nahi ujalon se dar lagta hai

tera paas na hona mujhko bahut rulaata hai
behte ashkon ke samandar se dar lagta hai

nashay se choor tareeki achchi lagti hai
phir hosh mein aane se dar lagta hai

yaad karke judai ke un aakhiri palon ko
aane waale har kal se dar lagta hai*

teri yaadon ke sahare zinda hai hum,
ab tujhe bhool jane se dar lagta hai.
