question is like "tumahra pagalpan Thik ho gaya"
haan kaho to tum pagal the, aur na kaho to tum pagal ho.
Religion and Spirituality are connected but then Religious hona jaroori nahi ki aap spiritual bhi hain.
Ever heard of "kattarpanth" that is not spirituality but following Religion blindly without understanding its basic teachings of "to spread love, be human and be kind to other fellow beings" which every religion teaches us and if u follow these basic things u r spiritual.
Aap kaise apna Dharm palan karte hain us par sab nirbhar karta hai.

ofcourse being spiritual is more important...........
it not only a way to GOD bt certainly makes our life on earth as a living being...more pure...soothes it.....more energetic.......n all positive aspects of life...vch got hidden due to tensions that cropup in one or other way very frequently.......
it teaches us to live optimistically...........
An Art of living is definitely going to be hot topic in the near future.............

Sprituality and religiousness are one.
they are like a solid ball ... sprituyality is the inner crust and religiousness is the outer crust and there is a very thing line of dividion between the two of them. Wt Isha has said has weight and is initself right.
But, yeh! she discrimination on religions on basis of Christianism or this or that is definitely nothing to do with religion aur sprituality itself.
