Amidst those hills, I stood to gaze
Everything so still, unclear through the haze
The wind that once blew, stood very still
As I stood there, staring downhill.
Everything seemed eerie and quiet.
I watched around with added delight
For that moment, I realised pure peace
And I wished for my life to cease
Far away, I heard a big roar
Angry clouds clapping like a loud nasty snore
Soon tiny cool rain drops were carassing my face
The changing weather added to the surrounding grace
I then knew, I had many more miles to go
Face everything bravely, for I was in Life's greatest show.
