un bite palo ka ab koi afsaana hi nahi raha,
chore ke humko uska or koi begana nahi raha,

phool ki tareh masoom chehre per likha qalaam,
koi ghazal koi geet ab koi mere Naam nahi raha,

us ki surakh shock nighahe Bahut ghaneri thi,
ek shab ka qayaam ab koi mere naam nahi raha,

zindagi itni udaas hui ke kai qissey ban gaye,
ek haseen ladki ka naam ab koi mere naam nahi raha,

sunsaan raaho ko jo akser sunaai ghazle humne,
beth kar sune sakas woh koi mere naam nahi raha,

kapkapati hai saanse meri seene main is kader,
kisi ki aankho main aansu ab koi mere naam nahi raha,,
