woh saath khuda ne banya nahi,
jo meri zindagi main sath ho sake,

in kaale badlo se dur kabhi
meri zindgi me ujala ho sake,

tere zulmo se hum roo pade,
per dard na kisi ko keh sake,

hum uske raah ki dhool banker,
us chaand tak na pahuch sake,

wo woqt bada dukh daai raha,
jab hum tumko na paa sake,

mere paas jine sawaal they,
meri umer se na simat sake,

un sawaalo ke jawaab dene,
tum meri kabar tak na aa sake,
