नींदों से कह दो अब सताना छोड़ दे,
ख्वाबों की दुनियां में बुलाना छोड़ दे..

दे रहें हो सजा, मुझे किस गुनाह की,
अश्कों से कह दो अब रुलाना छोड़ दे..

साहिल पे बैठा हूँ, अरमान अधूरे लिए,
लहरों से कह दो दिल बहलाना छोड़ दे..

जाऊं मैं जिधर भी, नजर तू ही तू आयें,
नजरों से कह दो अब टकराना छोड़ दे..

मासूम दिल का आईना है ये चेहरा मेरा,
आइनें से कह दो अब शर्माना छोड़ दे..

आशिक हूँ तेरा, मैं कोई गुनहगार नहीं,
जमानें से कह दो दिल जलाना छोड़ दे..

सीख लिया मैंने महोब्बत करके सबक,
राहों से कह दो अब लड़खड़ाना छोड़ दे..

डूब गई सैलाबों में वो महोब्बत ' ऋषि '
साँसों से कह दो अब घबराना छोड़ दे..
