Nikokaar = Sadaachaaree; Some one who lives the life strictly to the ethical/moral values as outlined by the scriptures or the constitutions or the so called moralists (in fact the pseudo moralists who have framed those rules of ethics for fooling the humble commoners, so that they may enjoy at their costs).
