                                 aab -e-hayaat  peena chaahte hain!
                                 mar-mar  ke  jeena  chaahte hain!!

                                 fitnaa   se    bachne   ke   liye!
                                 labo.n  ko  seenaa  chaahte  hain!

                                 khud  johri  ban  naa  sake  per!
                                 aulaad   nageenaa   chaahte  hain!

                                 ek  kashti  sambhalti  nahin  aur!
                                 dariyaa me.n safinaa chaahte hain!

                                 khawahish rindo.n ke hum raah hui!
                                 ab to saaghr-o-minaa chaahte hain!

                                 bazm -e- adab  MARHOOM huaa bahut!
                                 ghazal si koi haseenaa chaahte hain!!
