College main dekha use pehli baar.
dekhte hi dekhte ho gaya pyar.
maine usse kiya pyar ka izhaar.
aur usne haan keh di mere yaar.

phir shuru hua hamara romance.
main college ghoomta tha uske saath.
lectures ki kaun karta tha parwah.
bunk karne main mazza ata tha yaar.

dekhte hi dekhte guzar gaye teen saal
woh ban gayi thi mari jaan.
main karta tha usse behad pyar.

phir hui bad luck ki shuruwat.
hum dono main ho gayi takrrar.
maine use manya lakh baar.
par woh na mani ek baar.

woh chood gayi mera saath.
bhool gayi woh mera pyar.
bhool gayi woh din jo hamne guzare the ek saath.
kyunki hum kar baithe the ek bewafa se pyar.

hamne rakha dil par haath.
ab na karenge kisi se pyar.
bhula denge usko jo teen saal si thi mere saath.
zindgi ki karenge nayi shuruwat.

aaj ho gaye pure teen saal.
hum aaj bhi karte hai uska intzaar.
k kabhi woh aaygi or kahegi ki hamain hai tumse aaj bhi pyar.
ab to issi aas par zinda hai mere yaar.
warna kab k chale gaye hate bhagwan k paas.
