Ghar aaye rii saanwariyaa!
Ghar aaye morey sanyaan!!

Ghir aayee jaarhey kee saanwaree badariyaa!
Kaamp-kaamp thhithhur gayee seij pai umarriyaa!
Maalaa-see feir-feir, naam rahee japtee;
Dhhalee dupahree kab kee, aaye naa saanwariyaa!!

Saanjh huyee, diyaa jaley; raat gayee aadhee:
Aur, sakhee, tab, un ney aa thaamee bahinyaan!

Sakheeee riiii!
Ghar aaye rii saanwariyaa!
Ghar aaye morey sanyaan!!

Swaagat mein, deyh khil uthhee, jaisey ho lataa!
Aisaa lagaa, jaisey mein hoon kal ki byaahataa!
Naheen upaalambh diyaa, yug beetey aaney kaa;
Umrhee, jaaney kaisey, madhuritu ki kaamyataa!!

Meyrey wo, mein un kee hoon anaadi kaal sey;
Mein unkee hoon dulhin, wo meyrey saiyaan!!

Sakheeee riiii!
Ghar aaye rii saanwariyaa!
