Is there any method by which an outsider (not an user) could offer comments against the poems of regular members. I have seen some comments posted by guests.

Admin may kindly like to comment.

Sarvesh Ji. This feature is not available..

The Post u have seen with the name of guest. They were member of this FOrum and now they are not so.. their status is showing as guest.

This feature was enabled once and can be enabled again but it results in lots of spam and unwanted objectional posts. Though enabling guests post will help and then guests can also give remarks on poems but can be risky too.

Also, as Sophi said, few posts by GUESTs are there as they were once member but for some reason there account has been deleted.
