woh kaafir ka dil jo habeeb mera hota,
dil bhee mera saadiq lahuu uskaa hota.

numahish nahi kiyi kabhi apne chahat ki,
labz hi ajeeb qaahir parinda meraa hota.

jo khuda na leta UZR  mere muqqadar pe,
toh mujhe bhee haasil gam uskaa hota.

abr ka takrana dil se dekha kahi barisho me,
aksar uske baad me gira pahela aansu meraa hota.

mera raqeeb mera apna hi sayaa thaa 'Aman',
warna jakhm kahaa karnaa kisko pataa hota.
