Woh tarana aur the jab hum gungunate the

Woh manzile aur thi jis ki talash thi
Woh raste aur the jis per chalte the

Woh khawishiye aur thi jis ki chah thi
Woh sapne aur the jis ko bunte the

Woh riste aur the jo apne sath the
Woh log aur the jo apne khaas the

na woh mousam loutega, na wo zamana
phir kis intezarr me baitha hai dil diwana

koi shayed aa jaye bhule se hi lout ker
khula rakha hai is dil ke aashiyane ka der
