Ye  kaisa  wakt  hai
kuchh  samajh  nhi  aata...?
jahaN  main  akele  andhere  raaste  pe  khadi  hu
aur  koi  suraj  si  shakl  wala  ensaan
meri  taraf  haath  badhaye  hain,....
par  mujhme  uska  hath  thaamne  
ki  himmat  bhi  nahi  hai
kyuki  mere  chaahat  me  abhi  jid  nahi  hai...........


Main  nadi  hu
meethe  jal  ki  nadi...
ek  samandar  hain
jo  mere  taraf  hath  badhaye  hain...
jaanti  hu  main  uske  gahare  pyaas  ko  bujha  naa paungi
haa  bas  uski  pyaas  ko  aur  gaharaa  kar  jaungi.......................

 
Jab  use  pahale  dafe  pyaasa  dekhaa  to
daud  gayi  thi  uski  taraf...
mujhe  pyaas  nahi  thi  
par  uski  tadap  bhi  bardast  nahi  thi....
bada  bechain  tha  wo
aur  main  bhi  badi  naadaan  thi....................


Us samandar  ke  karib  gayi
anjali bhar  jal  uthaaya
bas  usme  khone  hi  waali  thi  
ki ye  mahsus  hua  
mere  EHSAAS  me  wo  siddat  nahi  h
esliye  main  uske  pyaas  ke  kaabil  nahi hu...........


Anjali  bhar  jal maine  
samandar  ke  bahte  jal  me  mila  diya
aur  entjaar  karne   lagii   ki  
uska  hriday  punah  shant  ho  jaaye...........


Parantu  wo aaj  bhi  shant  naahi  ho  paaya  h
baar- baar  eski  lahre  
mere  ghar  ke  darwaaje  tak  aati  h
mujhe  nimantran  deti  hain
aur  akele, udaas  hokar  laut  jaati  hai...............


Samudar  ki  jis  lahar  pe  ensaan
sudh  bhul  jaata  hain...
wo  mujhe  aakarshit  nahi  kar  paati  h..
main  besak  vairagi  nahi  hu..
fir kya  mujhe  kisi  ki  talaash  hai...?
gar  haa  to  kiski...?
apne  aap  ko  hi  main  samajh  nahi  paati  hu .............
