Kya karun koi bhi samjhata nahi ,
toote dil ko mujhe behlaana aata nahi ***

dard hai itna ke tarhpane ki seema nahi ,
koi bhi ilaaj ismein aaraam dilata nahi

kabhi patjarh mein bhi khilti thi dil ki kaliyan .
Mausam baharon ka bhi raas mujhko aata nahin

raushan rehti thi raatein bhi meri zindagi ki ,
ab to din mein bhi andhera jaata nahi

dil ke tukdon ko to kar liya hai paraspar  kisi tarah ,
bikhri dadhkano magar sametna mujhe aata nahi
