How I can add "New" sign in front of my Poem in the forum?

New sign is actually means that you have not seen that particular post or topic or there is new reply to that topic since you last saw it. It means, you will only see NEW in your POEM if there is new reply to it since you last visit.
Hence, if you posted a POEM and if someone logged in then he will see new sign on your poem as he has not yet seen it but you will not see new sign on your poem unless there is a new reply to your poem.

In short: You should not worry about NEW sign, its handled automatically.
